CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (HRM624)

Case:
Relationship  conflict  is  a  perception  of  interpersonal  incompatibility  and  includes
annoyance and animosity among members about values, personal or family norms, or
about personal taste. 
Mr. Hassan and Mr. Ansir are part of a team of lead trainers at Foster Inc which provides
management trainings and consultation to professional organizations and businesses.
The two trainers are found to be expert in their field and are excellent role models for
the new trainers at Foster Inc. However, the two usually experience task conflict in
acquiring consultancy work from the Boss and it results in relationship conflict. Too
often it becomes a cause of rift between them. The Boss is pretty much annoyed by
their behavior and wants to eradicate the root cause of the source of the conflict
Requirement: 
In analyzing the sources of conflict, which category of the sources of conflict exhibit
the relationship of the two trainers? Explain your answer with proper justification. (10
Marks)
What would be the useful approach in handling such conflicts? (10 Marks)
IMPORTANT:
24 hours extra / grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome

and  load  shedding  problem  is  also  prevailing  in  our  country.
Keeping in view the fact, you all are advised to post your activities
as early as possible without waiting for the due date. For your
convenience;  activity  schedule  has  already  been  uploaded  on
VULMS  for  the  current  semester,  therefore  no  excuse  will  be
entertained after due date of assignments, quizzes or GDBs.
