Despite of big investments, productivity of Domino’s Pizza is declining in Pakistan during few years. Due to this problem management of Domino’s Pizza in Pakistan decides in a meeting that this problem should be addressed on immediate bases and the task is given to the assistant manager operations. Think yourself as assistant manager and discuss the major factors that can affect the productivity improvement of Domino’s Pizza either positively or negatively.
