Scenario:
People commitment to knowledge management strongly determines whether the process will succeed or fail. Organizations rely on employees to embrace the knowledge philosophy and its underlying values so that knowledge management can become the core identity of the whole organization and an organization transformed into knowledge organization. Knowledge Management relies on a strong understanding of how the knowledge system operates, why it is important, and how each person should contribute to the process and its ongoing process.
Point of discussion:
Why is the alignment of organizational, operational and individual processes important for knowledge organizations? Analyze a company with which you are familiar, and identify factors which make this alignment hard to achieve and any good practices which support this goal
